In addition to our standard towing services, Radhe Towing offers a car exchange program. Customers have the option to exchange their inoperable or damaged vehicle for a designated car provided by Radhe Towing.

2. Eligibility:

The car exchange program is available to customers who meet the eligibility criteria outlined by Radhe Towing.

Radhe Towing reserves the right to determine the eligibility of a vehicle for exchange based on its condition and other relevant factors.

3. Valuation:

The value of the exchanged vehicle will be determined by Radhe Towing based on factors such as the make, model, condition, and market value.

The value assigned to the exchanged vehicle will be applied as a credit towards the towing services or other agreed-upon terms.

4. Exchange Process:

Customers interested in the car exchange program must notify Radhe Towing in advance.

The exchanged vehicle must be accessible to our towing team and be in a condition as accurately described by the customer.

Radhe Towing reserves the right to inspect the exchanged vehicle before finalizing the exchange.

5. Title and Ownership:

Customers exchanging their vehicle must provide clear and valid ownership documentation, including the vehicle title.

Radhe Towing will provide the necessary paperwork to transfer ownership of the exchanged vehicle to Radhe Towing.

6. Condition of Provided Car:

The car provided by Radhe Towing in exchange will be in drivable condition and suitable for regular use.

Customers are responsible for any damages or issues that occur to the provided car during the agreed-upon exchange period.

7. Duration of Exchange:

The exchange period will be specified in the agreement between Radhe Towing and the customer.

Extensions or modifications to the exchange period must be agreed upon by both parties in writing.

8. Termination of Exchange:

Radhe Towing reserves the right to terminate the car exchange program at any time, with or without cause.

10. Release of Liability:

Customers releasing their vehicle for towing, whether for a standard tow or as part of the car exchange program, agree to release Radhe Towing from any liability for damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during the towing process.

11. Confidentiality:

Radhe Towing and the customer agree to keep any confidential information exchanged during the provision of services confidential. This includes but is not limited to personal information, payment details, and business processes.

12. Indemnification:

Customers agree to indemnify and hold Radhe Towing harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the use of our towing services or participation in the car exchange program.

13. Maintenance and Repairs:

Radhe Towing is not responsible for maintenance or repairs of the exchanged vehicle. Any maintenance or repairs required during the exchange period are the responsibility of the customer.

14. Abandoned Vehicles:

Customers are responsible for promptly retrieving their vehicles from Radhe Towing’s storage facility. Vehicles left unclaimed for an extended period may be considered abandoned, and Radhe Towing reserves the right to take appropriate actions in accordance with local laws.

15. Customer Cooperation:

Customers agree to cooperate fully with Radhe Towing’s team during the towing process or car exchange program, providing necessary information and access to the vehicles.

16. Non-Discrimination:

Radhe Towing does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or any other protected status in the provision of our towing services.

17. Environmental Responsibility:

Radhe Towing is committed to environmentally responsible practices. Customers agree to dispose of any hazardous materials or waste in their vehicles before towing.

18. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Association in Sanand Jurisdiction.

19. No Agency Relationship:

Nothing in these terms and conditions creates an agency, partnership, or joint venture between Radhe Towing and the customer.

20. Entire Agreement:

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Radhe Towing and the customer, superseding any prior agreements, discussions, or negotiations.

Radhe Towing – Payment Terms

21. Payment Terms:

Payment for towing services, including any applicable fees, is due and payable at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

22. Accepted Payment Methods:

Radhe Towing accepts payment through Online/Offline, which may include but is not limited to cash, credit cards, or electronic funds transfer.

23. Late Payments:

Late payments may be subject to a late fee.

24. Authorization:

By providing payment information, the customer authorizes Radhe Towing to charge the agreed-upon amount for services rendered, including any additional fees or charges.

25. Invoicing:

Radhe Towing will provide a detailed invoice for the services rendered, outlining the charges, fees, and any applicable taxes.

26. Disputed Charges:

Customers with concerns or disputes regarding charges on their invoice must notify Radhe Towing within 24 hours from the date of the invoice.

27. Refunds:

Refunds may be considered at the discretion of Radhe Towing in cases of overpayment or billing errors. Refund requests must be submitted in writing.

28. Pricing Changes:
